Rehab Construction is the ONLY residential construction company with IN-HOUSE architecture. Our unique Design-Build process reduces time-consuming misunderstandings between independent Architects and Sub-Contractors. Throughout the construction phase you will benefit from your project being overseen by your Project Manager and your Architect, working together to eliminate costly confusions and delays.

Initial Consultation

We’ll meet to discuss your wants, needs, and budget constraints. Among other things, we’ll discuss our unique Design-Build process, design concerns, construction elements, distinctive payment schedule and our 23 year history.

Architectural Consultation

We’ll then schedule an additional meeting with our IN-HOUSE New Jersey registered architect of 13 years. We’ll measure, photograph, and record the existing details of your home, and begin designing your project to meet your aspirations, lifestyle, and budget.

Interactive Design Presentation

After working with your existing conditions and designing the new structure we will schedule a presentation where you will virtually tour your new home using state-of-the art computerized architectural simulations. You’ll not only be able to view the proposed designs with you architect, but you’ll be able to make changes and enhancements that will fit your lifestyle and tastes.

Cost Proposal

Once you’ve approved your design, we’ll perform a comprehensive cost estimate for your specific project. There are no misleading “square footage costs” or “educated guesses” at Rehab Construction. We take the time to count the nails and lumber so you can evaluate your Cost Proposal with confidence.

Construction Contract

After finalizing your designs and Cost Proposals we’ll write your Construction Contract that will encompass everything from blueprints to fixtures to the completion of your home. There will absolutely no guesswork.

Construction Phase

We will then schedule to begin construction! Completion of each phase of your project is outlined in detail, as each phase brings you one step closer to your dream home. With 23 years of home-building experience, our office will handle all of the details, guiding you through each step, accepting payment only when you're satisfied. We do it all!
